As a wedding photographer who takes pride in her true to color edits, I was obsessed with how the bride embraced color throughout her entire day! Instead of playing it safe with traditional white and cream, she went for these gorgeous pastels that felt so fresh against the backdrop of The Videre Estate.
There’s something so beautiful about couples who aren’t afraid to let their personality shine through in their wedding choices. When they look at these photos years from now, they’ll remember exactly how this day felt, how they were surrounded by love, and how it felt like them! Some of my favorite captures from this day were the candid moments with the bridesmaids. They were smiling and laughing the entire day. The Videre Estate has little spaces of the greenest grass, which really let their colorful bridesmaids’ dresses pop during portraits.
Another standout moment was during the reception. I always love seeing the family and friends getting emotional during speeches, and being able to capture a photo where everyone’s a little teary and laughing at the same time is always my favorite to deliver to couples. These are the moments you can’t pose for or recreate. They just happen when you leave time for a real connection on your wedding day.

Of course, we need to give the groom’s cake some attention, because a Campbell’s soup groom’s cake, since their last name is Campbell, is an iconic way to honor the shared name! It’s details like this that make weddings feel personal and memorable. Years from now, when they’re looking through wedding photos or talking about their wedding day, their family and friends will bring up how silly the Campbell’s soup cake was. They will all just smile at that memory!
